"Thanks to a great hospitality of our rector and Charles University I got the chance to visit Cheltenham Science Festival 2023. As a Czech winner and international first runner up of FameLab competition it was offered to me to be a part of the science festival program. On Friday June 9 I got the chance to finally say my speech in front of a live international audience during FameLab Celebration, this evening was a celebration of this amazing competition. The whole evening was wonderful and the atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly, like the whole festival. During the festival I could have visited some lectures, I even introduced few of them and got the chance to network with science communicators, not only from the UK. It was and amazing experience and I am so grateful for it!"
